Professional Personnel Management Ltd, are one of the UK's leading Facilities Management & Construction Recruitment Specialists.

Due to growth, we are looking to add a trainee recruitment consultant to the team with a focus on providing an effective, efficient resource solution to an established team of Contract Recruitment Consultants.

Working within a vibrant, friendly office environment the initial tasks of the position will involve supporting the recruitment team and, all the while learning all aspects of the recruitment process so to develop a fulfilling career and further opportunities within recruitment sector.

Key duties and responsibilities will include (not be limited to)

Responsibility for sourcing a wide range of candidates within the mechanical & electrical building services, facilities management & construction built environment sectors to include (not limited to)
Electricians – Maintenance & Installation
Plumber – Maintenance & Installation
Facilities Assistants
Caretakers
Cleaning Operatives
Grounds Maintenance
Labour/Construction Operatives
Sourcing and screening of candidates by way of CV applications and utilising social media & job-boards
Engaging with candidates to arrange interviews & temporary/contract assignments
Liaising with clients to arrange candidate(s) interview & temporary/contract assignments
Engaging with candidates to ensure the receipt of relevant compliance, qualifications/certification & GDPR documentation & reference taking.
Management of RPO portals, uploading candidate CV's to set vacancies and subsequently arranging interview(s) and temporary assignments.
Uploading of candidate compliance information to the CMMS system.
Liaising with candidates & clients to ensure that timesheets are collated promptly & processed
Writing & placing of vacancy adverts and uploading to the relevant job-boards & social media marketing
Handling of incoming telephone calls and actioning as required
Liaising with payroll companies
Ad-hoc administration to include formatting of candidate CV's

Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

Possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal
A professional, driven and meticulous approach to tasks undertaken
Possess good levels of numeracy & literacy
I.T knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Possess an organised, thorough approach to tasks and activities with a keen eye for detail
The ability to work to strict deadlines
Monday to Friday
