Location: Bolton (Egerton)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)
Salary: From £24,150 to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Claims Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Third-Party claims handling or credit hire who is seeking career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities: Third-Party Claims Specialist
* Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
* Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio
* Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
* Handle complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
* Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
* Identify and refer fraudulent activity
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth claims process
What We're Looking For: Third-Party Claims Specialist
* 2+ years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary range)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Ability to build relationships with clients and external partners
* CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
* Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
