Position
Your role is to be the technical expert working closely with our Corporate Sales and Solutions Teams to ensure that sustainability products and solutions being scoped and offered can meet clients’ needs and align to Inenco strategic goals. Define and lead new product strategy, development, and process.
Your impact will underpin our corporate channels revenue growth of Solutions products, both mandated and discretionary products covered by these services in 2022/2023 towards a growth trajectory. This will be through ensuring that our product and service offerings reflect a client sustainability focus and competitive advantage which is deliverable by Inenco Solutions and that Inenco is placed to take best advantage of changing market priorities.
We are really flexible on the location you can be fully remote, hybrid or office based, this can be discussed further at interview.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject: e.g., Engineering or relevant experience
* An in-depth understanding of energy, carbon (GHG, Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions) and sustainability market dynamics and associated PESTLE factors
* A good understanding of UK energy markets, procurement products, UK legislation around utilities and understanding of sustainability schemes voluntary and compulsory
* A proven ability to articulate technical information to non-technical internal and external customers in a way that is easy to understand
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written and presentation
* Strong stakeholder management skills to achieve agreement and alignment from multiple inputs
* Experience of working in a solution led sales environment, managing sales positions and pipelines over consecutive months, and achieving sales targets
* Experience of writing strategies for complex services
* Strong track record of working in the energy industry
* Experience of being a technical expert/SME in relation to energy solutions
* Excellent working knowledge Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
* Excellent time management and organisational skills (ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task)
* Strong problem-solving skills

* Salary £48,500 – £65,000 DOE + car allowance + bonus
* Annual pay related appraisals
* 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, raising by extra day each year to max 28 days (option to Buy and Sell Holidays)
