The Supply Planning Manager is responsible to manage the end-to-end operations of third party manufacturers (tolling manufacturing). The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery to customers ensuring compliance with Company policy and procedures, and aligning activity with regulatory, contractual and financial frameworks.

This role is a hybrid working role and will allow 2-3 days working from home.

Our client is a leading agricultural company with over 100 production and supply sites globally.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with end-to-end supply chain experience having previously managed tolling operations / third party manufacturing relationships.

As the Tolling Operations Lead, you will lead a team to ensure the timely delivery of products from Tolling sites; Ensure compliance with Company polices; Manage Toller relationships and strategic agendas in collaboration with Procurement partners and the Asset Strategy team; Monitor Toller performance and drive continuous improvement and savings; Lead in selected projects to address supply, inventory and/or cost/capacity optimisation; Manage their team of Tolling Production Managers and Asset Planners, typically 4-5 people; Drive the performance management; And be an active member of the Leadership Team to foster collaboration and drive a culture of continuous improvement.


This work is very diverse and requires close collaboration externally as well as with multiple functions within the supply chain including planning, procurement and quality. The successful candidate is a manager with a continuous improvement mindset, is a proactive, result-oriented person able to communicate well to both internal and external stakeholders.T

You will have proven professional experience in a production or technical role and supply chain; Management experience in a multicultural environment; Working experience in a manufacturing environment; Strong understanding of third party relationship management; and strong stakeholder engagement.

Ideally, you will have understanding of formulation and fill & pack technology and processes; Experience within a chemical or formulation plant environment within large supply chain; and have an additional European language.
