Specification Manager – (North)

Key Responsibilities:

Increase specification activity and sales value in the assigned region
Generate and support quality project enquiries
Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site surveys and provide technical, solution-based specifications
Deliver CPD presentations and promote the brand
Maintain accurate and timely CRM entries
Share market intelligence and collaborate with Business Development Managers
Track and report on KPIs as set by senior management
Defend and support specifications through to project completion

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in technical specification sales (ideally in B2B or construction)
Strong understanding of the UK construction and specification market
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Full UK driving licence
Valid EU passport or unrestricted travel rights in the UK
