Salary: Up to £27,000 + Yearly Bonus

An established and growing business is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join its customer experience team. This role involves managing client accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

– Act as the primary contact for key accounts.

– Handle and resolve a variety of account queries efficiently.

– Oversee tenancy change processes within agreed timelines.

– Continuously develop service offerings to enhance client experience.

– Manage billing queries and provide accurate reporting.

– Support the rollout of key operational programs, addressing challenges proactively.

– Ensure the accuracy of essential data for clients and stakeholders.

– Assist with launching new products and services through effective communication.

– Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.

– Deliver exceptional after-sales support and customer care.

– Prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting.

– Attend off-site client meetings when required.
