Our client, one of the largest digital transformation agencies outside of London, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join their growing marketing team. As Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be working in the Paid Media team, reporting to the Marketing Director and managing advertising (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and App) accounts for some of the agency's key clients alongside developing the paid media team.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in a ppc manager or senior exec role within an agency and is looking to take the next step in their career, to grow and develop a team, as well as put their own stamp on how advertising should be delivered. Key Responsibilities:

Gain a strong understanding of our client's products and services and be able to align a digital advertising strategy to help achieve their goals
Managing Paid Search advertising accounts, (Search, Shopping, Display, Youtube etc) for clients including account set up, structure, keyword research, audience targeting, optimisations and reporting
Manage multiple budgets and make budgetary decisions based on performance.
Attend client meetings to discuss performance and next steps
Line management and development of paid media managers
Drive the accounts forward with new suggestions, split-testing and other optimisations to help improve performance and deliver results
Assist in pitching for new advertising accounts when required
Work with creative teams to define creative briefs for Display and Video
Troubleshoot product feed and Shopping campaign issues when they arise
Troubleshoot any issues that arise with Google & Microsoft

Skills:

Experience in an agency/fast paced environment – ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft ads – Search, Shopping, Display network and Video campaigns
Ability to provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team, ensuring you are supporting growth and development at all levels.
Experience with forecasting and setting client KPIs
Great analytical skills and an expert at working with data to find insights and manage advertising accounts effectively.
Commercial understanding of the agency model and how advertising accounts can deliver a positive ROI to clients

Desirable Skills:

Experience with tracking tools (such as Google Tag Manager)
Knowledge of creative best practices and/or briefing designers
Experience with Facebook Pixel/Enhanced Conversions/Conversions API and Paid social
Knowledge of attribution models to analyse performance
Experience with managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and ideally on other social networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter or Pinterest
