The Registry is an umbrella department which draws together a broad range of areas which are core to the student lifecycle. The Assessment and Awards Administration Team is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the Assessment and Award functions, including assessment, progression, and awards.

Reporting to the Assistant Registrar – Assessment and Awards, the Senior Assessment and Awards Administrator will facilitate the assessment, progression, and awards process in conjunction with one of our partner institutions and will be responsible for the management of the GBS Assessment and Awards records, processes and a range of tasks associated with the setup, management and processing of students’ assessment, progression, and awards.


* Degree or equivalent

* Substantial experience of student administration

* Knowledge and experience of Assessment and Awards administration and the application of related

* Experienced in the provision of information and guidance to managers, staff and students

* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), demonstrating an ability to deal with a

* Flexible and responsive to customer needs and able to provide information, advice and.

* Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy
