Empowering Learning is seeking a Teacher/Deliverer to join a supportive and forward-thinking SEN school in Oldham ASAP. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people with additional needs thrive both academically and personally.
🔹 Role Overview:
Deliver engaging, accessible lessons and learning activities tailored to pupils with diverse SEN needs
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and the wider school team
Create a positive, nurturing learning environment that encourages progress and independence
Contribute to planning, assessment, and whole-school initiatives
Full-time position starting after the Christmas break

Teaching qualification or relevant experience delivering learning within an education or SEN setting
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a range of needs and abilities
Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
