The Job Role:

This is a chance to join an award-winning, national company who are going through exciting periods of growth and who offer tailored training and development programmes at all levels.

* Speaking to clients and building relationships on a daily basis.

* Following up, qualifying and converting leads from Email Marketing Campaigns.

* Updating and managing the CRM with customer information/details.

* Assisting the Business Development Team by calling Leads and booking qualified appointments on their behalf.

* Answering the Sales Line and qualifying Inbound Sales Calls.

* Meeting and exceeding individual set KPI’s.

* Any other duties that may be allocated from time to time by the Business Development Team Manager in line with the needs of the business.

Requirements

R & M Recruitment are looking to add to our clients’ expanding team. We are looking for a B2B Telesales Executive who is driven, self-motivated and has a big personality.

Full systems training will be given but 2 years’ experience in the B2B Telesales environment is essential.

* Well Organised, Vibrant, Energetic and Efficient. Used to working off own initiative and to tight deadlines.

* Engaging personality, Confident and Enthusiastic yet Professional.

* Excellent Telephone Manner.

* Good negotiating and influencing capabilities.

* Ability to plan and prioritise workload.

* Target Driven with Previous KPI Experience.

* Good problem solver.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an eye for detail.

* Flexible, self-motivated and committed to offering excellent customer service.

* Positive attitude and able to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team.

* Proven IT Skills including High-Level Microsoft Word and Excel Competencies

* Works with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
