Job Description

General Purpose

Responsible for delivering new business sourced from both inbound warm leads and outbound cold leads. Deliver sales in line with monthly and quarterly objectives to support the business’ sales and marketing strategy.

Seek new opportunities for business development and growth, whilst being a brand Ambassador and displaying a professional image at all times.

The role is targeted on a number of KPI’s and commission is payable based on loans completed, subject to a minimum qualifying target to be confirmed upon commencement of the role.

Main Duties

* Contact all inbound sales leads from both direct borrower and intermediaries

* Proactively utilise database of potential introducers to generate new relationships and business opportunities, including but not limited to – brokers, packagers, solicitors, accountants, estate agents, IFA’s and banks.

* Contact existing client base at relevant points during and after the loan term to offer support on any upcoming projects in order to generate repeat business.

* Promote the business and always limit risk to the business reputation and brand with a view to contributing towards continued business growth.

* Develop, manage and maintain good working relationships with Brokers and Introducers and where necessary take appropriate steps to resolve any conflict that may arise with the support of the Head of Sales.

* Promote your own continual development and improvement.

* Identify and attend industry related events and networking opportunities to support company sales and growth by building your network/knowledge and being visible in the market.

* Use the marketing material and initiatives available to you to promote the business effectively.

* Work to the sales targets provided and report your diary and progress to your business development manager weekly, or as frequently as requested.
