* Have a background working on Commercial Fitout/ Refurbishment
* Commercially Aware
* Strong Leadership Skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
* Attending regular project review meetings with clients.
* Ensuring projects are profitable.
* Overseeing every aspect on the project independently.
* Line Management for Senior Site Manager/ Site Managers.
* Chairing site meetings.
* Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
* Continuously evaluating subcontractors’ capabilities advising director of there performance.
