The Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supervising all aspects of labour resources / materials, ensuring production targets are met

Assist and support the financial management of production and implement lean manufacturing techniques

Manage internal / external customer requirements and expectations to achieve quality service

Ensure technical, health and safety, and compliance procedures are being met

Develop and train staff

The Candidate:

Minimum 5 years’ supervisory / leader experience in food / FMCG production

Track record of planning and supporting projects, tasks, labour, and resources

Experienced in coaching and developing team

The Package:

Salary £32,000

Monday – Friday (6am – 2pm / 7am – 3pm)

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
