RG Consultancy are working with a leading care provider. They are looking for a full time, permanent Payroll Administrator to join their busy payroll department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, respectable firm.

Duties will include:

* Processing weekly payroll (end to end)

* Processing expenses ensuring all figures balance

* Dealing with time sheets and invoices

* Processing new starters and leavers

* Processing SSP/SMP/SPP

* Processing information relating to Child support agency and DWP

* Processing BACS payments

* Manual Tax and NI Calculations

* Reconciliation of payroll

* Checking and approving payments before sending to the bank

Experience/Skills:

* Experience working in a busy payroll department

* Understanding of PAYE/ Auto-enrolment pensions

* Strong IT knowledge and able to operate MS Excel spreadsheets

Company:

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 9am – 5pm

Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension scheme and some other company benefits
