My client is a client payroll accountants in Irlam. Based in a small team you will be a Payroll Administrator managing a portfolio of clients. Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator with over a years experience to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for clients.

Responsibilities

Outsourcing business
Use multiple software's – mirror the client
1 – 500 staff per client
End to end payroll for multiple clients
Handling queries Excellent customer service
Manual calculations
Excel – vlook ups
AdministrationRequirements

Previous experience processing payroll at a high volume as a payroll administrator
Need to be up to date on legislation and pension's knowledge preferable.
Strong team player
Good knowledge of payroll legislation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good systems skills including MS ExcelIn addition:

In office
Will put on apprentice level 3 then look to fund CIPP
