We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as an Operations Manager on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing Total People's contract with the Ministry Of Justice as well as managing other colleagues where relevant. You will also monitor budgeted starts, learners (both those in-learning and those who achieve), identify business growth opportunities as well as manage key clients and stakeholders.

To do this you will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.

This role provides the flexibility to work remotely and we will provide you with all of the equipment and support to help you do this. You will also have the opportunity to work from one of our sites across the Northwest and Greater Manchester and from time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.

Essential

Experience of managing contracts nationwide
At least a degree level qualification and/or other relevant professional qualification and/or occupational experience in management
Experience of contributing to the achievement of quality marks as well as developing practical learning programmes
Experience of project, contract, and staff management as well as external stakeholder liaison and ability to network with regional and national partners
Experience of setting high standards to achieve contract/ project funded objectives, continually
monitoring levels/standards of support, and identifying ways of making improvements based strategic
evaluation or feedbackBenefits
