We have a fantastic opportunity for you as an Office Administrator working as part of a small team at Samoa Ltd, Bolton, BL5 3XP
* Sales Order Processing
* Purchase Order Processing
* Purchasing experience is required
* Follow-up procedures in respect of orders and deliveries
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with customers
* POD Investigation
* Data Inputting
* Works orders and Credit Notes
* Experience working with spreadsheets
* Liasing with engineers
* General Admin Duties
Working Hours
8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
