Multi Skilled Engineer

We are currently looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer to work across the Manchester and Stoke post codes, for a leading facilities management and professional services company, looking after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base,
from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools and government offices.

In your new role as Multi-Skilled Engineer
(Electrical/Mechanical) you will undertake routine planned maintenance tasks to electrical, mechanical & HVAC plant and equipment in line with schedule dates along with reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required.
Ensure all electronic documentation and certification is completed correctly for all planned and reactive tasks via Mitie issued device.
Ensure all remedial requirements are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system and provide quotes when required.
Be part of an out of hours call-out rota. You may also be called upon to assist with general building

QUALIFICATIONS:

City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations
City & Guilds 2391 test & inspection
City & Guilds – NVQ Level 3 Heating & Ventilation
City & Guilds – NVQ Level 2/Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering ServicesEssential Experience

Experience maintaining a range of commercial/industrial electrical, mechanical & HVAC equipment
Experience in Facilities Management industries
Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge
Basic plumbing skills required
Use of mobile/tablet applications to progress work on a day to day basis, complete compliance certification, submit timesheets and provide quotes for follow on works
