Job Summary
Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a great opportunity with a reputable and growing company? Careermakers are hiring HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Denton.
Responsibilities
* Multi-collections from business customers.
* Manual handling involved – bags
* Long shifts – 10 to 12 hours daily
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
* Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and environmental standards.

Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling paperwork and cargo.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
* Previous experience in multi-drop or waste collection is an advantage.
