Teleios Recruitment are working with one of the UKs leading providers in Fire and Security who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Helpdesk team.

The Helpdesk Coordinator Role:

* Scheduling routine maintenance for contract clients

* Arranging re-active call outs

* Managing engineer’s diaries,

* Invoicing completed works,

* Dealing with incoming calls and emails,

* General Admin

Must have:

* Good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience -Especially Excel.

* Excellent customer service skills – must be able to demonstrate, give examples

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

* Articulate, be able to spell and construct sentences well in business writing format.

* Highly organised, a planner.

* Provide references
