Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
£22,000 – £28,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission DOE
Manchester City Centre (M4)
Full Time – 40 hours per week – with flexible working hours!

As a supplier to all the major national healthcare providers in the UK; we have a HOT desk readily available for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant who would like to venture into a new area of recruitment, an experienced consultant already working in the healthcare sector OR a trainee looking to take their first steps into the recruitment world!
Our team here are regularly hitting company incentives and targets and are used to a high volume fast paced desk; so, we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us; with excellent longevity within our team as you can see on our LinkedIn; rave reviews from our clients and candidates and a dedicated trainer/mentor to guide you on becoming a master of your own mini business! We also offer uncapped commission, regular consistency bonus to reward you for your continued success and jobs/clients readily available for you.
We are looking for a someone who is ambitious; driven and able to communicate effectively with both our clients/candidates alike; who can do account management and bring on new clients whilst working hard to keep your candidates happy!
Being the main contact for some major blue-chip companies your duties as a Recruitment Consultant are:
* Liaising with Line managers to understand requirements within volume recruitment
* Source and register suitable candidates
* Advertise roles on relevant job boards to attract the right candidates
* Register candidates and evaluate if they have the relevant skills for the roles
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
* Attending site visits and client meetings as required, regular review meetings
* Arranging interviews for candidates, processing job offers and ensuring new starter information is up to date
* Deal with candidate and line manager queries.
