Leading Independent Environmental Consultancy seeks an experienced Executive Assistant.

About the role:

In this role, the successful applicant will be providing administrative support directly to the CEO and Directors of our rapidly growing Environmental Consultancy.

Ideally, with previous Executive Assistant experience, you will also need to be a proactive self-starter who can think outside of the box.

You will have experience in all Microsoft packages and other digital platforms.

Duties include diary management, organising travel and meetings with various parties, email management, the preparation of presentations and meeting papers. You will also attend meetings taking and distributing minutes.

This is an excellent role for a dynamic, well-organised person who has experience of supporting at the Director level and who has attention to detail, effective communication skills and is easily able to prioritise workload.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Effective diary management to build efficiency, with consideration to an individual's natural working style
Schedule meetings, prepare documentation, confirm attendance, take, prepare and distribute quality minutes.
Prepare company-wide communications for sign off and distribution
Manage email communication, responding, holding, and executing as required
Support and coordination of executive projects
Preparation of executive quality draft presentations for input and review
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/customers to deliver positive outcomes
General administrative support to CEO and Directors
