Working days and shift times:
Monday – Friday

Day to Day Duties

As a Customer Support Administrator you will be expected to:

* Supporting the team with stock or general enquiries, requests for certification, ETA requests, UPS tracking etc.
* Running and distributing a deck of reports and information to the Customer Service Team on a daily basis.
* Updating sales orders according to internal information
* Assisting with customer Credit/Debit card payments.
* Entering sample and sales orders in SAP when required during peak times
* Submission of logo mat artwork requests during peak times, adhering to deadlines.

Essential Skills

To make a successful Customer Support Administrator you will need
* Excellent verbal and written communication: Using clear, concise language that is easily understood and appropriate within a professional environment to communicate with all customers/colleagues
* Flexible, proactive and positive approach to provide support to internal/external customers
* Team player, collaboration skills: able to liaise with other departments within the Company to ensure our customers’ requirements are met whilst achieving individual/team/company goals
* Strong customer focus and relationship building skills (internal & external)
* Time Management: highly organised and proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage own workload
* High accuracy, keen attention to detail
* Proficient with a range of Microsoft applications (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable Experience

It would be desirable as a Customer Support Adviser if you:
* Had some experience in a Customer service environment
* Where business level fluent in at least one additional language
