We are exclusively partnering with an expanding health tech company who a looking for an Customer Success Manager who will act as the bridge between company and customers, and ensure the maximisation of the service which they are leading.

Job Elements & Responsibilities:
*Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
*Analysing customer data to improve customer experience
*Holding product demonstrations for customers
*Promote value through customer experience
*Provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features.

*Proven evidence of experience operating within a Customer Success/Account Executive/Relationship focused role
*Previous experience in digital health and/or wellness Software are
*Excellent customer facing skills
*Knowledge of the NHS Primary Care landscape
*Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to influence at management level through highly effective communication and relationship skills
