The Role: Our client is now recruiting for a Customer Success Executive in the next phase of their growth and development. The role will focus on the retention of existing enterprise-level accounts. You will be measured on customer satisfaction, responsiveness and helping contacts (typically Head of Procurement) to use the platform effectively. Being a senior member of the team, the Customer Success Executive will be instrumental in ensuring the retention of key, targeted accounts. The Customer Success Executive role is suited to a proactive, organised and experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Executive.

Retention of existing key accounts
Assisting with proper use of the platform
Ensuring customer satisfaction For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

1 + years B2B customer success / account management experience
A committed and thorough approach to work
