We are recruiting for confident, personal Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a market-leading financial company located in Altrincham. You will receive a basic salary of £22,500 with excellent working hours are Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends. This role will be 70% email based and 30% phone based.

You will be working for one of the leading names in the industry, the company have enjoyed significant success due to their fantastic service offering. Established over 30 years ago they have continued to expand and have won multiple awards including Investors in People Silver Status and Customer Service Excellence. 90% of their customers would recommend a friend.

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:

Answering inbound call queries in a professional manner
Fact find and build rapport whilst resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Resolving client complaints
To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times
Supporting new customers through the processes whilst ensuring compliance is to a n excellent standardSkills for the Customer Service Advisor:

We would like to hear from you if you have experience as a; Inbound Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Business Advisor or similar customer service experience
Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
Have a positive and productive attitude
Grade A-C in English and MathsCustomer Service Advisor Package & Benefits:
