Shift pattern: Rotational shifts Monday – Friday, varying between 8am – 7pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm

Our customers in Member Care count on us to be there when they need our support. When contacting us via the telephone they are often poorly and so may be going through a challenging and emotional time in their lives and need to speak to us about their private medical insurance cover. We hold their hand from when they first call us to talk about their illness all the way through to a diagnosis and treatment plan. This is a fast-paced environment where every customer counts. 

In return for offering our customers the exceptional service they deserve, in addition to a competitive salary, we offer our Customer Service Advisor a £500 bonus upon completing probation and a monthly performance-based bonus scheme which can boost your earnings by up to £3000 per annum.

What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Advisor:

A passion for customer service 

A natural carer with the ability to actively listen and question around our customers’ needs, finding solutions for our customers in a timely manner 

The ability to use multiple systems whilst building rapport and supporting our customers  

Someone who enjoys having something to work towards through our monthly performance measures 

Self-motivation and the drive to work hard even on challenging days 

The ability to embrace change positively 

Someone who takes ownership of tasks including resolution of any issues that might arise
