We're supporting a well-known business within the Credit Hire industry who is looking to expand their team as part of their expansion. The successful candidate will be working within the Claims department liaising with new claimants and making assessments before making a decision as to whether a claim is valid.

Building strong relationships with referrers to ensure repeat introductions
Taking details of new claims
Handling own new and existing claims
Managing claims until the client is in a pre-accident position
Ensuring client either have a repaired vehicle or they have been paid the pre-accident value
Verifying information from new claims before making a decision on the validly of a claim
Checking the claimant's losses are recoverable
Managing the process to ensure a swift resolution.THE PERSON:

Must have experience in a similar role in either Claims Management ideally within the RTA industry
Computer literate with MS Office
Excellent customer service skills and a confident communicator
Ability to build relationshipsTO APPLY
