Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing our client who are a trusted health and wellbeing network who have been making a positive difference in over 15 million lives, in their search to add a Business Support Coordinator to their team.


Business Support Co-ordinators manage the provision of complete administrative support to the direct and indirect Sales team which includes preparing reports, maintaining operational procedures and the production of all new client set up and renewals.


The Business Support co-ordinators are responsible for, providing support to the sales team including, managing more than 500 leads per month, processing more than 300 contracts, upload of 30 monthly declarations and management of the Business Support mailbox.


New Business and Renewal administration:

Ensuring the mailbox is constantly monitored and all emails are processed
Daily renewals requests and queries are processed
Co-ordination of monthly renewals and processing of non-auto renewals
The compiling of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
Manage incoming leads
Process daily new businesses
Uploading client declarations within agreed SLA'sESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Microsoft Office software experience including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally
Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team MembersDESIRABLE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Experience in a professional services organisation
Will have a proven track record of working to key performance indicators (KPIs)
Energy, commitment and drive: dedication to the role, willingness to show flexibility when required, enthusiasm for the role and company development
Relationship-orientation: possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport and trust with others to forge meaningful business relationships
Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner
