Shifts
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-12.30pm
Breaks
15-minute 1st break, 30-minute lunch break
Overtime
£11.87ph Mon-Thurs, £14.25ph Fridays and weekends (all overtime is optional)
Holidays
Accrual (20 days + BH once permanent)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role
Production of welded steel for company product range within a high-quality production environment – full training provided.
Reading and interpreting drawings to specification
MIG welding using and adhering to welding procedures
Ensure 5S standards are maintained in all areas
Adhering to company health and safety requirements at all times
Individual responsibilities
Safe operation of MIG Welding kit
Responsible for your own output and meeting daily company targets
Shift duration per day
8.5 hours
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong interest in welding and fabrication
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Good level of verbal and written English
