The Analytics Manager, working with our broader teams, will hold the agenda, drive, and run our provider transformation analytics development program for the business, also undertaking routine and ad-hoc reviews of provider claims performance on everything from unbundling and over-servicing to time-series analysis.

Your responsibilities as our Analytics Manager will include:

Developing a deep understanding of the clinical performance of providers, in order to create and deliver thought leadership on end to end performance 

Confidently managing stakeholder expectations through robust relationship delivery and high-quality communication skills, adapting style to suit the audience and delivering complex messaging and analytics in a meaningful way to meet the needs and style of the audience

Producing reports including insight, ensuring that the data supporting the analysis is accurate, and checking that results are reasonable

Developing and investigating the applicability of new data extraction techniques and tools to support the analysis the team does.

What we’re looking for in our Analytics Manager:

In-depth knowledge of the wider industry gained through substantial work experience in a relevant role at a similar level

Impeccable analytics, including excellent SQL, VBA, Excel

Effective communication of complex analytical concepts and results including word and PowerPoint report preparation where required

Experience of using variable data sets to yield credible, effective insights

2+ years experience with complex analytics

Line management experience
