The finance administrator's main responsibility is to provide high-quality administrative and telephony support, as well as to accurately analyse applications against current criteria within the set SLAs to ensure a smooth customer and broker trip. Throughout the application process, be able to communicate with internal and external third parties.

Responsibilities:

* Complete the required checks within the stipulated SLA for each document received to confirm it fulfils the business's criteria and is obtained from an authorised broker.

* Ascertain that data entry and administration on each application are accurate and in accordance with the KPIs provided.

* Ensure that all relevant work queues / inboxes are kept up to date in accordance with established SLAs.

* Throughout the application process, provide clear and accurate updates in all formats to all parties (internal and external) in a professional and confident manner, and ensuring you project a professional image of the organisation at all times.

* Effectively communicate with various teams and departments within the company, such as Securities, Finance, and Facilities.

* Detect fraud on applications and report it to the appropriate underwriter for examination, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

* To manage and proactively analyse the pipeline of 3rd party requests, ensuring that they are chased within set SLA's to allow for quick application processing.

Experience:

* Excel and Word skills on a computer

* Communication abilities that are strong

* Detail Orientation

* The ability to meet deadlines

* Experience with mortgage processing and administration
