The successful candidate will report to the Bond Manager and the National Supply Chain Manager and works within a close-knit team.

We are looking for someone with good organisational and planning skills to join our bonded warehouse team based in Middleton. The role is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge and maybe direction but has a strong background in administration roles. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Core Duties
• Manage the Export orders for the business from start to end, raising the orders through our systems ensuring the paperwork is all correct and legal
• Help set up new products for the bonded warehouse
• Deal with daily customs paperwork
• Daily processing of goods out files
• Assisting with the production planning and ordering.
• Booking goods in & processing invoices
Eventually the right candidate will progress to learn the rest of the team’s roles and be involved in training their colleges’ in the export and production roles

Key Skills
• Team work skills are essential as the role is based in a team whose jobs all interlink
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and good numeracy skills are a must
• IT Literate – Experienced use of EXCEL
• Ability to multitask and work with an array of stakeholders
• Be decisive and use initiative
