Account Manager/Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Salary: Salary up to £34,000 (Depending on experience)

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a flair for account management, sales, customer service, and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Giving existing clients 10/10 service
Identifying new business opportunities and managing sales leads
Liaising with our operations and customs teams to ensure smooth deliveries
Providing excellent customer service and aftercare
Contributing to company growth What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, account management, or logistics (preferred but not essential)
Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting business relationships
