The Role:
In the Account Manager role you will be primarily accountable for working closely with the New Business and Account Management team and will provide exceptional customer experience for our connected buildings customers, whilst ensuring your relationship building maximises revenue opportunities for the sales team.

You will be be tasked with the new business and Account Management teams to ensure your processes are aligned.

This position is based in the company's Manchester office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for the Account Manager role you will have a decent level of technical experience within telecommunications.

We also need you to have prior experience of communicating at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills.

It is essential that you've got experience of managing your workloads and managing multiple customers at once.

It is also important that you have the following:

Strong communication skills
Effective organisational skills
A full UK driving license

We need you to be able to travel for the job, be strategic and always be looking for ways to improve.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Account Manager role is between £26,000 – £30,000 per annum.

In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

You'll also receive other benefits with the role which include car allowance and additional bonuses.
